About Earloom Co.
Earloom Co. was born from a very personal moment. My young daughter needed to have one of her ears repierced, and as I searched for a safe option, I realized how limited those options truly were.
So I asked my daughter if I could be the one to pierce her ear. She gave me her yes, and from there I sought out proper mentorship, learned the process, and pierced her ear with the same care and precision I bring to everything in my nursing career.
That moment changed everything.
As I walked her through each step, she knew exactly what to expect and felt included every step of the way. What could have been a stressful moment became something so much more. Something gentle, calm, and truly special.
She inspired me to create exactly that for every family.
That’s how Earloom Co. came to life. A service built around the things that matter most to families: safety, gentleness, and making this milestone feel truly special. Because when a child feels informed, involved, and celebrated, a simple procedure becomes a memory they’ll treasure forever.

Founder, Registered Nurse, and Mom of Three
Hi, I’m Judy! I’m the heart behind Earloom Co. and I’m so glad you’re here.
With 20 years of experience as a registered nurse specializing in mother and baby care, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through some of life’s most meaningful moments. I’m also a certified lactation educator, and caring for new parents and little ones has always been close to my heart.
At Earloom Co., I offer ear piercing with knowledge and training of a registered nurse, bringing the same level of care, precision, and attention to hygiene that I’ve carried throughout my healthcare career. As a mom of three, I also bring a personal understanding of just how much this milestones mean to families.
Every appointment is thoughtfully planned to feel calm, unhurried, and truly special. I want every family I serve to feel safe, informed, and celebrated from start to finish.
